Shy and hesitant, the young interior designer Elena Montero is psychoanalyzed by Dr. Millan. In subsequent trips to Monterrey, Guanajuato and Guadalajara, Elena believes to be in love with a young self-conscious intellectual, a bohemian artist and a quarrelsome taxi driver , but she always turns to Dr. Millan who ends up confronting her three loves.
